Chairman of the Board – Dr. Heiner Kromer
Dr. Heiner Kromer is the founder and chairman of the board of SECUDE AG. He brings over 30 years of experience as founder, partner, and CEO of high technology companies ranging over 18 years in scientific instruments, bio-tech, and specialty chemicals, and over 10 years in consumer products. His experience combined with his leadership and entrepreneurial skills, as well as his willingness to pursue opportunities, are the engines that propel SECUDE forward to become a force in this industry. He studied economics at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and holds a doctoral degree in economics from the University of Zurich.
Florence Kromer
Florence Kromer is a co-founder of the SECUDE Group and has been a board member since 2004. Educated in Switzerland, she completed a degree in interior architecture and design before moving to the US. There, together with her husband, she co-managed a consumer goods business employing over 250 people nationwide for a period of 12 years prior to her involvement with SECUDE. After returning to Switzerland, she completed a degree in business
