LONDON, June 13, 2025 – Secude today announced the merger of HaloCORE, its SAP data monitoring and security business unit, with automatics.AI, an Austrian provider of innovative SAP workflow solutions. The combination creates a leading provider of SAP-centric workflow automation and data security solutions, serving enterprise customers across Western Europe, the United States of America and beyond. HaloCORE’s robust SAP data protection functionality will be integrated into automatics.AI’s innovative SAP automation platform, resulting in a unified solution that delivers a more holistic offering – enhancing both security and operational efficiency for customers.

The business will operate under the automatics.AI brand and will be headquartered in Wiener Neustadt, Austria. As part of the merger, the new SmartSecOps platform will be launched. Going forward, automatics.AI will offer automated SAP operations and security workflows, enhanced by advanced access control and comprehensive monitoring. HaloCORE functionalities will be incorporated into the newly launched modules SecurityHub and TransparencyHub, which will serve as core components of the unified solution.

The merger brings together two highly complementary technology portfolios. HaloCORE’s SAP-native integration with Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP) enables dynamic data classification, encryption, and governance at the point of data export, as well as in-depth monitoring capabilities for SAP data flows. automatics.AI’s automation platform for SAP operations is known for dramatically reducing administrative overhead and operational risks. Together, the unified company aims to redefine how SAP-centric organizations operate and protect critical business data – from the infrastructure to the data layer.
